Omega - 3, 6, 7, 9

In vegetable oils, the most prominent are oleic (Omega-9) linoleic (Omega-6) and Alpha-linoleic (Omega-3) acids. Human body needs both Omega-6 and Omega-3 fatty acids as an energy source, to produce structured lipids that fulfill important functions in membranes, as well as source substances to synthetize eicosanoids, local hormones that fulfill regulatory function in tissues.

This group consists of prostaglandins, prostacyclines, thromboxanes, leukotrienes. Eicosanoids do not travel in blood like regular hormones do, but are produced in cells, and regulate many cellular and tissue functions, including thrombocytes concentration, inflammatory reactions and leucocytes functioning, narrowing and widening of blood vesels, blood pressure, bronchial contractions, and uterine contractions.

Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids cannot neither interconvert, nor interchange each other. That is why to ensure normal body activities it is necessary to consume Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids. And their ratio is very important. Disbalance in consuming Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acid with your meals may significantly influence content of growing tissues and distort the balance between eicosanoids-antagonists.

Until recent years, researchers didn't pay a lot of attention to Omega-7 acids. Omega-7 and palmitoleic acid are quite unusual comparing to other more standard fats. Buckthorn oil (Omega-7)

Omega-7 is a group of replaceable monounsaturated fatty acids in the composition of which there is palmitoleic acid. These acids take part in many metabolic processes, have effect on lipid and carbohydrate metabolism in organism. The main source is buckthorn oil.

Palmitoleic acid is unsaturated fat like other nutrient substances of Omega acids. Thanks to positive effect on cholesterol level, these fats strengthen health of your heart. Besides, benefit from palmitoleic acid will result in decreasing risk of cardiovascular system.
Omega-7 is an irreplaceable helper for gastrointestinal tract. The supplement promotes digestive processes and at owing to this, relieves condition of a man in case of many gastrointestinal tract diseases. Omega-7 improves condition of ski, hair, and nails.

Vitamin E.

Vitamin E (tocopherol) possesses antioxidant action, that is, it protects polyunsaturated fatty acids and lipids of cellular membranes from peroxidation and damage by free radicals. Beta-carotene

Beta-carotene serves as a predecessor of vitamin A (retinol) and is a powerful antioxidant. Also, this substance possesses immuneboosting and adaptogenic effect.

Unsaturated structure of beta-carotene allows its molecules to absorb light and prevent accumulation of free radicals and active forms of oxygen. Beta-carotene suppresses production of free radicals. Beta-carotene suppresses production of arachidonic acid (belongs to Omega-fatty acids) and owing to this it inhibits production of prostaglandin E2 (lipid physiologically active substance). Prostaglandin E2 is a suppressor of NK-cells. У меня сложилось так: утром наши водоросли за 40 мин До завтрака, а в обед - 1 капсула этой Омеги. Тема обмена веществ, метаболических процессов в ЖКТ и сытости в итоге оказалась закрыта в таком тандеме. К врачам не хожу . Прислушиваюсь к себе и "копаю" инфу
