adoption bonus

In 2025, the Company updated the Maternity and Adoption Bonus program specifically for those who masterfully plan their own time and set diverse goals for themselves, such as family and a successful business.

2500 ₽

for the first child (or subsequent kids, if the family has kids aged 14 or older)

5000 ₽

for the second kid
(if the first kid is under 14)

8000 ₽*

for the third kid
(if the family has two kids under 14)

*For families with a kid born after October 1, 2025

The bonus is paid to consultants who, at the time of the kid's birth or adoption, hold the rank of vice director or higher (PGV from 1,500 points, discount level 15%-23%) for at least eight periods over the past year.
