Your discount details are not available in this tab. You can only see the performance of your structure in online mode here. “Final Indicators” tab shows the closed-month figures. To get more details, choose the accounting period and currency depending on your operation area. “Points Turnover Balance Report” is used to create a time-based report for Representatives. It shows the number of points accumulated by a Representative with the orders. The report displays the period, warehouse, order date, document number, document type (order or transfer), operation type (receipt or expenditure), number of points, total figure for the period. “VD Flow Report” shows accumulation and deduction of Volume Discount figures for a Representative in a period, as well as the opening and closing balance as of the day when the operation was effected. The report displays the operation date, order number, Representative, operation type (receipt or expenditure), amount, warehouse, collection point. ”Director Bonus Calculation” is based on the closed accounting period. It shows the Director’s Bonus generated by the subordinate 23% groups in the closed accounting period. “First-Level 23% Groups” contains information about the Director's first-level 23% groups in an accounting period. The report displays the following details regarding a relevant Representative: personal volume, personal group volume, group volume, number of first-level 23% groups. ”Representative’s Online Account” shows the Representative's online account data for the current and past periods (18 periods in aggregate). The report displays the period, personal volume/personal group volume/group volume (nominated in points), volume discount for the personal group, director’s bonus, stability bonus, maternity bonus, additional payments and withdrawals, legalization, personal discount rate, Representative’s title, number of first-level directors. “Unpaid Personal Group Orders” shows the orders (those that are being delivered, have been delivered or handed over) of a Representative’s personal group that have not been paid as of the report date. The report displays the service center code; debtor Representative’s level, number, name, surname, father’s name, telephone number and e-mail address; order number, status, date and price; order-related fees, volume discount deductions, total amount payable, debt amount, points on the order. ”First-Level Representatives” tab generates the report for a closed accounting period only. It provides information about the first-level Representatives of a personal group in the closed accounting period. The report displays the personal group volume, personal volume and the accrued volume discount rate. “RF Contracting Report” is relevant for those who have signed a contract with the Company for the volume discount to be transferred to the current account. This report may be used to generate the contract-based service acceptance act for a period. “Addresses of Personal Group Representatives” generates the report with the addresses of Personal Group Representatives for the latest closed period. The report displays the Representative's subsidiary name, service center code, number, name, registration date, Sponsor’s number, date of birth, country, postal code, region/district, city, street, house, building, phone numbers (home and business), e-mail address, the latest order date. “First Line Report (Personal Volume of the First-Line Representatives’ Unpaid Orders) provides information about all Representatives of your first line and their respective structures, more specifically – personal volume, personal group volume, group volume, date of birth, telephone numbers, e-mail address, country, city, and the latest order date. Here you can see the Personal Volume Figures that are based on both paid and unpaid orders as of the report date. In addition to that, you can get the aggregate report about the first-line Representatives’ personal volume, including their paid and unpaid orders. “My Newcomers” tab displays the activity of your new Representatives in the current period. Use this tool to select the time spans marked with registration of your new Representatives and see whether they have any personal volume in the current period. ”Funds Debit from Online Account” shows the flow of funds on a Representative’s online account and provider breakdown for a particular period. “Funds Flow on Online Account by Types” generates the report that shows the flow of funds on a Representative’s online account and provider breakdown for a period. This report may be used to check the amounts credited and debited within the scope of orders. “Payment Order PD-14” enables the printout of payment document for the bank.
