To receive the Maternity and Adoption Bonus:
1. You must hold a rank of Vice Director or higher (1,500 points, discount level 15%-23%) for at least eight periods in the last year at the moment of birth or adoption of a kid.
2. Achieve a Personal Volume of at least 50 points each period for the year following the birth or adoption of a kid.
Payments are accrued each billing period for one year from the date of birth or adoption.
Maternity and Adoption Bonus:
The first kid, or if the newly born or adopted kid is not the first in the family, but the older children are 14 years of age or older – 2,500 rubles each billing period.
The second kid (if there are kids under 14): 5,000 rubles per billing period. The maximum Maternity and Adoption Bonus amount does not depend on the number of kids (if two or more children are born at the same time) and is 5,000 rubles per billing period.
The third kid (if there are kids under 14): 8,000 rubles per billing period.
The bonus for the third kid is paid for a kid born or adopted starting October 1, 2025.
