If a consultant fails to pick up an order or refuses to pick it up, a Return order document is created. The return is created for an order with the Delivered status.

To create a return, go to the order card and click the Create Return button if the consultant has not picked up the order within the retention period—10 days from the date it was received at the delivery point.

If the Consultant refuses to accept your order due to a defective item, click the Create Return (Defective) button.

Next, click the Run button.

The order status has changed to Returned. A return document has been automatically created in the system.

If a volume discount was applied to the order, it is returned to the Consultant.

The returned item is the same as the one ordered, only the quantity is reduced.

If a return document is created at the point of purchase, the warehouse must accept it, after which the item appears in the warehouse inventory. If the return document is created at the warehouse,

it automatically has the Issued status.

If a return document is created in error, you can cancel it within one day of creating it. To do this, create a request through the feedback form on faberlic.com. The order status will change to Delivered, and the return document will be renamed to Deleted.
