BASIC DEFINITIONS
SPONSOR – the person who told you about Faberlic and invited you into business relationship with the company.
ID NUMBER – a number automatically assigned to you by the system as soon as you register with the company via faberlic.com. It is also used to log in to your personal account on faberlic.com.
CATALOG PERIOD – the validity period of one catalogue, set by the company.
POINTS (Pts) – a numeric indicator assigned to each Faberlic product. Points are used to calculate the volume of purchased products and the amount of compensation a Consultant receives each catalog period, in any country where Faberlic is represented.
PERSONAL VOLUME (PV) – the amount of products you have purchased during a catalog period, measured in points.
GROUP VOLUME (GV) – the sum of the Personal Volumes (PVs) of all Consultants and Registered customers in your group in a catalog period, including 23% branches. Measured in points.
REGISTERED CUSTOMER – a person who has an ID number able to get the benefit up to 20% of personal discount on Faberlic orders over $25 in catalog prices.
INDEPENDENT CONSULTANT – a person who has an ID number, signed independent consultant contract with Faberlic gets the benefit up to 26%* of personal discount on Faberlic orders over $25 in catalog prices and able to receive compensation under the conditions of the compensation plan if active.
ACTIVE INDEPENDENT CONSULTANT – a person who has an ID number, signed independent consultant contract with Faberlic and PGV of 100 points or more each catalog period, gets the benefit up to 26%* of personal discount on Faberlic orders over $25 in catalog prices and able to receive compensation under the conditions of the compensation plan.
1ST LEVEL CONSULTANT – a person whom you personally invited to join Faberlic and registered with the company directly under you.
2ND LEVEL CONSULTANT – a person whom your 1st-level Consultants invited to join the company.
*There is basic 20% discount on personal orders over $25 both for customers and consultants. All consultants receive 26% discount on personal orders over $25 in the catalog period of registration. In order to continue to receive the discount of 26% in the following periods, the consultant will need to accumulate more than 30 points for each catalog period.
PERSONAL GROUP (PG) – all the Consultants whom you or your Consultants invited into the company not including 23% branches. Your team or group. Working with your group is one of the ways to increase your income. As a Sponsor, you will receive a commission for your team’s work, as well as for training and supporting new Consultants.
PERSONAL GROUP VOLUME (PGV) – the sum of your Personal Volume (PV) and the Personal Volumes (PVs) of all Consultants and Registered customers in your Personal Group (PG) during a catalog period. Measured in points.*
PERFORMANCE COMMISSION(PC) – Consultant commission based on the Independent Consultant’s Personal Group Volume (PGV) as calculated every catalog period according to the compensation plan.
*When a member of your personal group reaches 23% status (Director qualification), and has 3,000 PGV or more with a team, the computer system automatically singles out their team as a new DIRECTOR BRANCH (23% BRANCH) separate from yours. This branch’s volume will not count as a part of your PGV anymore. You delegate the job responsibilities for this group to the new leader, and start to earn the next form of commission: Director bonus.
DIRECTOR BONUS - For Consultants who have reached the Director qualification and above, the Company has provided Director bonuses, which are accrued based on the results of the business of your team and you personally each catalog period.
