Aroma Bath: mix 4-6 drops of a mixture of essential oils with 1 tablespoon of any fatty oil (sunflower, almond, olive, etc.) or with 1 teaspoon of shower gel / bath foam with a neutral aroma. Add the resulting mixture to water (36-37 ° C). Take a bath for 10-20 minutes. For the elderly, use 2-3 drops of the mixture.

Aromatherapy massage: mix essential oils blend with fatty oil or massage cream in proportion of 3-4 drops of the blend for 1 tablespoon of the base. Use the freshly prepared mixture for massage. Carry on massage for 10-20 minutes. For local rubbing, mix essential oils blend with a fatty cream in proportion of 3-4 drops of the blend for 1 tablespoon of the base. Massage into chest or back area with circular, intense strokes.

Enriching cosmetics: use neutral cosmetics designed for daily care: face/body cream, shower gel, shampoo. Add 1-2 drops of the essential oil mixture to the daily care portion immediately before use. Do not add mixture of oils to a jar or bottle with a cosmetic product. Don't use the oil mixture before going to sunbathe.

Aroma diffuser: add a few drops of the essential oil mixture to aroma lamp or aroma diffuser (2-3 per 10 m2). Duration of aromatherapy session is 30 minutes.

Rubbing massage: mix essential oils blend with a fatty cream in proportion of 3-4 drops of the blend for 1 tablespoon of the base. Massage into chest or back area with circular, intense strokes.
