Returning goods that have manufacturing defects

Returns are possible through the CP where the goods were received, as well as through Russian Post.
When returning via CP, file a claim at collection point, indicating reason for return.

Returns are made through Russian Post. Print and fill out the return register, indicate in it the order number, product article, number of items and reason for the return.
When returning by Russian Post, the return register and the receipt or order form received along with the goods MUST be included in the postal item (box, etc.) with the returned goods and sent to the address of your RRC from the table (for OJSC Faberlic). Additional parcels and exchange of goods are not carried out.
When making a return at a Faberlic pick-up point, the funds are transferred to the personal account from which the payment for the goods was made* within 10 minutes from the moment the “Claim” document is issued.
* If the returned product was purchased as a promotion and has a different price in the order (for example, you take one package with a coupon and buy the second at the regular price), then the money will be returned at the lowest value in the order.
If you make a return through Russian Post, the funds are transferred as soon as the parcel arrives at the warehouse.
If, when returning goods through Russian Post, you did not submit a return application along with the goods or did not fill out the application properly, you exceeded the deadline established by the legislation of the Russian Federation for returning the goods, or did not include the goods specified in the return application in the postal item, sent the DENAS product and vacuum cleaner otherwise acted in bad faith, then the Company does not return the money and does not store the goods (it has the right to dispose of the returned goods without reimbursing the buyer for any expenses).
