  Place your foot on a piece of paper and trace the outline of your foot.

• 

  Use a measuring tape (in cm) to measure the length from the edge of your heel to the tips of your toes.

• 

  Wrap the tape around the widest part of your foot. The tape should fit snugly around the foot.
