You need to activate your own online shop to let customers select products on your personal website. To do so, open the Personal Information/Settings menu in your Profile.

You need to accept the terms of the Shop operating policy by clicking the I Want My Online Shop field.

To get a link to customers’ orders open the My Structure menu in your Profile. Here you can copy the link and send it to a person who want to place an order by your recommendation.

Upon following the link, a customer gets to your shop.faberlic.com personal website where he can select products and put them in the basket. Added products are shown in the upper corner of the page, in the basket. A click on it gives a full view of the quantity and number of selected goods.

By clicking the Order button, a customer starts processing his order. He needs to leave his contacts and send an application. The system doesn’t create an order, just registers selected articles and their quantity. This information is shown in the application form at the Representative’s Profile and looks like SHOP-123456 where 123456 is the number of application in the system.

After a customer sends an application, you get an informing e-mail and SMS. Please note that e-mail and SMS are sent only to those Representatives who have agreed to receive mailings (SMS/e-mail).

Please note! If a customer followed a Representative’s link to the website the system registers this Representative’s information, so the application sent by this customer is forwarded directly to this Representative. Information is saved in the browser settings, and all following online orders of this customer will also be forwarded to this Representative.

If a customer hasn’t followed a Representative’s link, his order will be forwarded to a VIP Representative.
