Due to the end of catalog 2/25 and start of catalog 3/25 on 2nd and 3rd of February (Sunday and Monday), there may be an increased load on the system and queue for entering Faberlic application and website. Therefore, we recommend that you close period 2/25 in the coming days, until February 1 (Saturday).

Please note that your orders must receive Paid status by February 2 inclusive. Only in this case, orders will be included in the calculation and points for Personal Volume will be awarded for them.

If you have any technical questions related to closing, you can contact the Faberlic Contact Center specialists. In order for you to receive a prompt response, we recommend that you leave applications in a timely manner (no later than February 2, 4 pm Moscow time).
