This is a unique multi-level training system, the foundation of which is the company’s compensation plan. Throughout your training, you will systematically master the professional skills and competencies that are necessary for each status, title and further growth.
Together we will go from the very beginning stages to the highest ranks. The Faberlic School program was developed by a focus group of 60 Precious Faberlic directors, professionals and practitioners.
Faberlic School is 5 levels of training:
1. Consultant: 0 – 9%
2. Sponsor: 9 - 19%
3. Director: 19% - Senior Director
4. School of Precious Director
5. School of Elite Director
Training Format: video lessons, intensive courses, marathons, overviews of your cases, live broadcasts, webinars, hybrid trainings.
The 1st level Consultant is now available! We will inform you about the launch of the next levels later.
How do I start the training at the Faberlic School?
1. There are 10 welcome lessons for all registered users in the "Business training - School Faberlic" section.
2. The main training takes place on a single platform drive.faberlic.com, where all the training materials are collected.
For everyone who has reached 25 points at the end of the 17/24 period, the 1st level "Consultant" is available on the drive.faberlic.com (access to the site is provided within 2-3 days after acquiring of 25 points).
You will find more than 230 training videos from Practicing-Leaders, live broadcasts with experts, game practices where you will upgrade your titles. You will have to analyse in detail such important topics as sales, online and offline recruiting and support for newcomers.
