Morning sets your day, and breakfast sets your well-being and the spirit you have for your work or for business meetings that you have planned for today.

What should you eat right after you wake up and how to balance your meal so that it brings you only health and energy for the whole day?






1. Fruit, pastry and yoghurts for breakfast are completely useless 

Pastry made with yeast is just a bunch of calories and a guarantee of a bloated stomach, fasting fruit cause heartburn (they are good at the end of a meal), while lactobacillus can’t help digestion as they die in acids of an empty stomach. Eggs, curd, cheese and vegetables are just the thing.

2. A cup of coffee is not enough

Caffeine stimulates intense production of gastric acid that, not being used for digestion, induces gastritis. So, a coffee-charged breakfast must be substantial. Even better, replace coffee with strong herbal tea. Milk in tea and coffee should be used sparingly – this tasty combination creates insoluble compounds in our body that give trouble to our kidney beans.

3. A glass of tepid water 30 minutes before meal

A great way to wake up your body, replenish hydration levels and get ready for a healthy breakfast. Having half an hour till breakfast, you may use them for some exercise and a refreshing shower.

4. Not all sandwiches are equal

Say No to wheat bread and sausage! Wholegrain bread, boiled chicken breast, cream cheese, green salad is quite a different story. People that prefer protein for breakfast can choose turkey or fish with fresh vegetables.

5. Cereal nutrition standard

Hot cereal is always the best choice for breakfast, especially oatmeal and buckwheat. Nutritionists recommend to cook cereal the evening before and leave for the night, starting the morning with a fresh hot porridge, completed with non-sweet fruit, nuts and honey. Pay a special attention to flaxseed porridge – perfect addition to any breakfast, with regular use they give you an extra bonus – balance intestinal activity and make your skin look much better.
