Take a measuring tape, put on a bra with a soft cup
(precisely with a soft one!).
Straighten your body, exhale and measure the circumference under the chest so that the tape is located strictly parallel to the floor. This is very important, otherwise the size will be determined incorrectly. Write down the result.
Place the tape measure at the fullest points of your chest parallel to the floor, write down the result.
Place the tape at your buttocks. The tape should run horizontally around your torso.
The tape should be placed horizontally around the body at the waistline.
* When selecting shapewear for a tighter fit, choose a smaller size in the size chart.
We measure horizontally, from the front along the highest points of chest, from the side under armpits, from behind along shoulder blades.
We measure horizontally along natural waistline (in the thinnest part of it).
The measuring tape is laid horizontally along the most prominent points of buttocks.
* If the model has a non-standard waistline, this parameter will be indicated in the size chart.

The table shows adjacent sizes.
In each row of the table, the cup volume is the same. The table allows you to choose a smaller or larger length of the corset part, leaving the cup volume unchanged.
For example: based on your measurements, your size is 85C.
To increase the corset part, choose 90B according to the table (on the right). To decrease the bra in the corset part, choose size 80D (on the left). In this case, the volume of the bra cups in sizes 85C, 90B and 80D will be the same.
This option allows you to consider purchasing an alternative size if yours is not available.
Children’s clothing sizes are usually determined based on the child’s height. Many manufacturers of children's clothing specify both height and age as size, since children all tend to grow differently.
To determine what clothing size is best for your child, please refer to this chart, which shows sizes with all parameters (height, age, chest, etc.). This approach will help you avoid mistakes and make the right choice!
