Ordering through the mobile application

STEP 1. Download the mobile application

The current Faberlic catalogue will always be on your smartphone! Download the application in the Google Play or App Store and shop anytime, anywhere.

STEP 2. Add the product to your cart

Choose the menu item "Products", then choose the desired sections- you will be sent to a page with a list of products (showcase):

You can filter the list of products: by series, skin type, and other product characteristics. You can also sort by ascending or descending price. Preliminary information on prices is displayed for each product:

• old catalogue price, crossed out in black; 
• your price as a registered buyer, the red price in the catalogue; 
• points that you will receive for this product. 

On the product page, you will find detailed information: properties, shelf life, composition, size chart (for clothing and shoes), customer reviews. Here you can also add items to your cart.

After selecting all products, go to your cart and tap on the "Checkout" button.

STEP 3. Select promo discounts

You can add some discounted items to your order during the 1st step (the discounted price is recalculated during the 2nd step). Some discounted items are selected directly from your cart- during the 2nd step of order placement, in the "Promo discounts" section. A list of all promotions with their ordering methods is published in the Catalogue News section on faberlic.com at the beginning of each catalogue period.

During the 2nd step of your order, you will see tabs with possible promotions. Their makeup depends on the current catalogue and which promotions' conditions you have met.

When you tap on a set of promotions, a list opens: "Catalogue promotions", "Sales promotions", "Print materials".

Find your desired promotion and tap on it. You will see a list of products that are part of this promotion. Tap on the product and select your desired quantity, then tap on "Confirm". Information about the chosen promotional products will be displayed in the promotions list.

During the 2nd step of your order, supporting materials for business may be offered (discount catalogues, samples, etc.). To opt out of the suggested products, tap "Opt out".

STEP 4. Approve your order

In the upper module on the "Order Approval" page, there is a summary of your order: order number, shipping address, invoice amount, shipping cost, number of points.

Further, products purchased on promotion, as well as catalogues, discount coupons, and gifts, are shown with a blue background.

The third part of the page contains the list of ordered products. The "Approve" button is also located here. After tapping on it, you will see a window with order data and final price- from here you can proceed to payment.
