It's simple: buy a promo code for the amount you need and give it to your Customers to pay for their orders. Design your own promotions and choose gifts!

The promo codes are available in the Services section:

• The promo code for 100 rub. for an order of 1,000 rub. and more at catalogue prices.
• The promo code for 300 rub. for an order of 1,500 rub. and more at catalogue prices.
• The promo code for 500 rub. for an order of 1,500 rub. and more at catalogue prices.
• The promo code for 1,000 rub. for an order of 1,500 rub. and more at catalogue prices.

Please note! 

• The promotion includes the following countries: Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Mongolia, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan.
• You can give a promo code to buyers and Representatives within your country. For EU countries - within EU.
• A promo code is valid for 2 periods including the period of its purchase. 

How to use a promo code?

1. Activate a promo code in the Cart on faberlic.com. 

2. Place an order in the amount needed for using a promo code. 

The cost of an order will be instantly reduced for the amount of a promo code. 

Once you buy promo codes, you can find the information about them in your Personal Profile, the Promo Codes section. Here you'll find the whole history of the promo codes purchased or granted in the Faberlic New Level programme.

The following information can be found in the Promo Codes section:

• name of a promo code
• a promo code
• the effective period of promo code activation
• status of a promo code effective at the moment
• number and a full name of the Representative who has activated a promo code
• activation date

For your convenience, you can use filters and select categories of promo codes online.

Statuses of promo codes:

• The "Pending Activation" status - the initial status of a promo code after purchase.
• The "Used" status means that this promo code has been activated.
• The "Expired" status means that the promo code activation period has been expired.

Please note that promo codes get the "Used" status immediately after activation.

If you have granted 1 promo code to several Representatives, the one who will activate it first will be able to use it. The data of the Representative who has activated the promo code will be shown in the Promo Codes section.

The activation period of a promo code:  2 periods including the period of its purchase.

The promo code effective period: 3 periods including the period of its purchase.

Activate means to fix the promo code under your ID number and/or an ID number of the Representative in your team for further use. 

If you want to use the promo code in your own order, it will be more convenient to activate the promo code in the Promo Code section. To do this, copy the promo code into the Promo Code Activation field and click Confirm.

If the Promo Code is given to the Representative of your team, the copied promo code must be given to them by any means: via messengers, in an SMS, by email or phone. 

The Representative activates the promo code in the cart by clicking the Activate Promo Code button. Then enter the received promo code in the pop-up window and press Confirm

If the promo code is correct, the Representative will see 'Your promo code is activated' message. After activation, the promo code amount is shown on the home page in the Representative's Personal Profile, My Bonuses and Discounts section. The sent promo code in the Sponsor's Personal Profile, the Promo Codes section changes its status to' Used'. The data of the Representative who has activated the promo code are shown in the Number and Full Name of the Buyer field.
