
Closing Period 14/23
Due to the end of catalog 14/23 and start of catalog 15/23 on 15th and 16th of October (Sunday and Monday), there may be an increased load on the system and queue for entering Faberlic application and website. Therefore, we recommend that you close period 14/23 in the coming days, until October 14 (Saturday).
Please note that your orders must receive Paid status by October 1 inclusive. Only in this case, orders will be included in the calculation and points for Personal Volume will be awarded for them.
If you have any technical questions related to closing, you can contact the Faberlic Contact Center specialists. In order for you to receive a prompt response, we recommend that you leave applications in a timely manner (no later than October 1, 4 pm Moscow time).
If you are unable to create a request through your Personal Profile at the website, please send it to care@faberlic.com. The application will be generated automatically and will be assigned a number, which you will receive by email. The response will also be sent to your email address in accordance with the operating regulations of the PC.
If you have not received a response to your email, you need to check your Spam folder.
