FABERLIC AT FORBES WOMAN DAY
On September 29, 2023, FWD took place in Moscow. Woman Summit, organized by FCongress with the support of Forbes Woman. This is the third summit on gender equality, women’s rights and their implementation in various fields.
This year the main theme of the summit was Career in the Big City. The participants shared their experiences and discussed what women face on the path to their dreams, the labor market, employer strategies and career paths for women in regions and large cities, how women manage businesses and develop regions from Moscow to Vladivostok and Kaliningrad, as well as cultural differences in various regions.
The session Labor Market, Employer Strategies and Career Lifts for Women in Regions and Large Cities was devoted to the question of how to create a comfortable environment for safety and career development at the company level. PR Director of the company Ekaterina Bespyatykh shared what career and social tracks and projects exist today at FABERLIC.
“We strive to provide an environment where every woman can discover her potential and inspire people around. We are actively developing and scaling projects. One of them is I am Mom, a project that is aimed at creating a community of mothers seeking self-development and gaining new knowledge. We follow the flow of time and support environmental initiatives in the field of plastic collection.” – Ekaterina shared.

Woman Summit has become a center for uniting successful women from all over the country. Here they shared inspiring examples of implementation in the profession, in their business, in public and family life. The evening ended with a women's stand-up performance.
