
New Faberlic Feedback Platform
We are pleased to announce that Faberlic Feedback in all countries is moving to a new modern and stable platform! Now, all applications will be accepted in a single and convenient format for everyone!
The transition will take place on November 9 (Thursday) from 3 pm to 5 pm Moscow time. Therefore, at the specified time, creating requests in Feedback will not be available. Thank you for understanding!
When the transition is completed, you will again be able to submit requests through your Personal Profile at faberlic.com.
All previously created requests will be saved in your new personal Feedback profile. Applications that were in progress will appear on the new platform in the same status a few hours after the Feedback service resumes operation.
We will gradually develop the new platform and add new Feedback capabilities. The issue of improving the telegram bot is currently being actively studied so that every Leader, Consultant and buyer from any country can send a request through a familiar messenger. In the near future you will be able to use this functionality. We will inform you about this additionally.
After switching to the new platform, requests to care@faberlic.com or telegram bot t.me/FaberlicCareBot, which were previously valid only for the Russian Federation, will become temporarily unavailable.
