Terms for New Golden Directors and Higher:

●       Get a qualifying Golden Director bonus and higher in any period of the program;

● Confirm your new rank with a qualifying bonus in period 14 or 15/25;

● Be a VIP Consultant every period of the program: complete PV from 100 points.

For Newcomers registered from the period 16/24, it is necessary to be a VIP Consultant (perform PV of at least 100 points) from the first period of opening the title of Golden Director and higher until the period 15/25 inclusive.

Terms for new Golden directors (and higher) that closed new rank in period 14 and 15/2024:

●       Confirm a new rank with a qualifying bonus in period 14 or 15/25;

● Be a VIP Consultant every period of the program: complete PV from 100 points.

Terms for Leaders which fixed rank by results of period 16/24 from Golden director and higher, who did not achieve a new rank during the program (including those that were previously at a higher rank that at the end of the 16/24 period):

●      During the program period, increase the total number of 23% groups in the first line by 8 or more relative to the same indicator last year 16/23 - 15/24 (18 periods).

The total number of 23% groups during the program period must be no less than that established for your assigned rank:

Assigned title of Golden Director – at least 48 23% of groups

Assigned title Ruby Director – at least 64 23% of groups

Assigned title Diamond Director – at least 96 23% of groups

Assigned rank Elite Director and above – at least 144 23% of groups

●       Confirm your fixed rank for 15/24 in period 14 or 15/25;

●       Be a VIP Consultant every period of the program: complete PV from 100 points.

Participating Terms for the Family Contract Holders:

Participation in the program of 2 relatives under a family contract is provided if the family contract is concluded before December 1, 2024 (period 17/24). If the terms of the program are met, only those registered in the family contract can go on a trip. Replacement of relatives is not provided.

Terms for new Golden Directors and higher, having family contract concluded before December 1, 2024:

● To participate in the trip for free for the second Family Contract Holder, you must complete 2 new qualification bonus ranks in the periods 16/24 - 15/25.

If 1 rank is closed during the program period, the second number holder can take part in the trip, subject to full payment of the cost for the second member of the family number.

● Be a VIP Consultant every period of the program: complete PV from 100 points.

Terms for Golden directors and higher having family contract as at 01.12.2024, that did not achieve new rank during the program (including those that used to be in the higher rank than by results of period 16/24):

● To participate in a trip for two for free, you must increase the total number of 23% groups in the first line by 16 or more relative to the same indicator in periods 16/23-15/24 (18 periods);

The total number of 23% groups during the program period must be no less than that established for your assigned rank for two participants in the family number:

Assigned rank Golden Director - at least 56 23% of groups for the 2nd participant

Assigned rank Ruby Director - at least 72 23% of groups for the 2nd participant

Assigned rank Diamond Director - at least 104 23% of groups for the 2nd participant

Assigned rank Elite Director and above – at least 152 23% groups for the 2nd participant

● Be a VIP Consultant every period of the program: complete PV from 100 points.

Notes:

1. The company expects from its partners that the terms of the program will be fulfilled in accordance with the rules. The program was created for the purpose of growth of teams, therefore, in case of abuse and redistribution of volume within teams without increasing trade turnover for the purpose of participating in trips, the Company has the right to reasonably refuse the Consultant from the trip.

2. Refusal to participate in a trip for personal reasons does not provide for compensation for the trip from the Company.

3. Kids of any age are not allowed to participate in the trip.
