Closing Period 4/25
Due to the end of catalog 4/25 and the start of catalog 5/25, on March 9 and 10 (Sunday and Monday), there may be an increased load on the system and a queue to enter the application and the Faberlic website. Therefore, we recommend that you close period 4/25 in the coming days, until March 8 (Saturday).
Please note that your orders must receive the status Paid by March 9 inclusive. Only in this case will the orders be included in the calculation and points for Personal Volume will be awarded for them.
If you have any technical questions related to the closure, you can ask them to the Faberlic Contact Center specialists. To ensure that you receive a prompt response, we recommend that you submit your requests in a timely manner (no later than March 9, 4 pm Moscow time).
