Faberlic Inc. Return Policy
Refunds and Product Returns. You agree that if you resell product directly to a customer (“Independent Consultant” “Customers”), you will adhere to the Company’s 100% satisfaction guarantee policy and shall provide a full refund of all monies paid if the Retail Customer returns the product to you within thirty (30) days of the sales transaction.
Similarly, your dissatisfaction with our products means you may return the items for a refund so long as the following conditions occur: (i) neither you nor the Company has terminated the Agreement; (ii) the products were purchased within the previous twelve (12) months; and (iii) the products remain in resalable condition (as defined in the Policies and Procedures).
In the event of defective or damaged product, the Company will cover all shipping charges as detailed more fully in the Policies and Procedures
PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW WHEN RETURNING GOODS
This procedure only applies when ICs or Customers purchased the goods directly from Faberlic. Customers, which have purchased the goods from their IC, must contact the IC for the return process.
Returning an order is a simple process:
- Log-in to your account and go to “My Orders”
- Go to “Order History”
- Find the order you want to return and click on “Order Details” next to it
- Click on “Return” and follow the instructions

RESTRICTIONS:
The return of $ 1,000 or more of products accompanied by a request for a refund within a single calendar year by a Independent Consultant may constitute grounds for involuntary termination.
