LITSEA CUBEBA FRUIT OIL, CITRUS AURANTIUM AMARA LEAF/TWIG OIL, CITRUS RETICULATA PEEL OIL, LIMONENE*, LINALOOL*, CITRAL*, GERANIOL*, CITRONELLOL*, FARNESOL*, BENZYL ALCOHOL*. *INGREDIENTS OF NATURAL ESSENTIAL OILS.
Aroma bath: Mix 4–6 drops of the essential oils blend with 1 tbsp. of any fatty oil (sunflower, almond, olive, etc.) or 1 tsp. of a scent-free body wash or bubble bath. Add water (at 95–100 °F) to the mixture. Take a bath for 10–20 minutes. For older ages, use 2–3 drops of the blend.
Aromatherapy massage: Mix the essential oil blend with fatty oils or a massage cream as 3–4 drops of the blend per 1 tbsp. of the base. Use a freshly prepared massage mixture. Massage for 10–20 minutes.
Skincare enrichment: Use scent-free skincare products designed for daily care: a face/body moisturizer, body wash, or shampoo. Before use, add 1–2 drops of the essential oil blend to your regular skincare routine. Do not add the oil blend to your cosmetic jar or bottle. Do not use the essential oil blend before going out in the sun.
Aroma diffuser: Add a few drops of the essential oil blend to an aroma lamp or aroma diffuser (2–3 drops per 100 sq ft). Apply the aromatherapy session for 30 minutes.
Caution: Read the instructions carefully. Perform a tolerance test before first use. For external use only! Do not apply undiluted to skin. Avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes.
