1. Each Representative has only one Sponsor and one ID number.
2. Being a Sponsor, a Representative does not have the right to offer registration in their team to a registered Representative under no circumstances.
In case of repeated registration, the Representative’s number will be removed without saving the data of the removed number. The direct Sponsor of the Representative will be warned by the Director of the region where the Representative works.
Repeated registration of Representative(s) in the team of the informed Director will cause a fee in the rate of 100% of VD without notice, to be charged from the Director in the nearest catalogue period.
Repeated registration in the same team for the third time will cause the removal of the Director from the Company’s database (regardless of the rank).
If the Director notifies the Subsidiary in writing of the removal of a re-registered Representative to their structure, such a Director shall be exempt from the fine and removal.
3. Representative can transfer their ID number to direct relatives upon the justified reason (documented). The team can be transferred to a relative upon the right of inheritance in case if at the moment of registration of the transferred number the relative was not registered in the team of any other Sponsor. The Company has the right to satisfy relatives’ requests or reject with no reason given.
4. In the event of a Representative's death, the ID number can be passed on to their heirs. Number transfer is carried out based on written request from the next of kin. The request must be made within 6 months of death. After this period, the Representative's heirs must submit a certificate of inheritance to the Company. The right to business in the Company is undivided, and is transferred to one of the heirs in accordance with an agreement between them or by court decision.
